Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I was making my normal monthly payments up until I lost my job. I called the Loan company which is Credit Central and asked how do I go about activating the credit protection program for when you loose your job. I was then informed that because of the amount of my loan they took the credit protection option away from me. Not once did anyone tell me that the credit protection plan had been removed from my account due to them giving me an increase on both of the loans I currently had with the company. Spoke with the manager and the disrict manager about the matter and set up a payment arrangement to pay the two payements that were past due. I then called back to the district manager to see what other arrangements could be made considering that if I was to continue to pay them for the next few months then I would be homeless. I didnt recieve any phone call from the district manager about the matter after I spoke with her the first time after not being able to get anything solved by dealing with the manager of the location. When speaking to the manager of the location he offered for me to rewrite one loan to pay off the other loan but, that still would n't have solved the problem because at the time I actually did n't have a job to be able to repay either loan and did n't have documents to turn in to be able to rewrite the loan to pay off the other one.
