I called the Loan company which is Credit Central and asked how do I go about activating the credit protection program for when you loose your job. I was then informed that because of the amount of my loan they took the credit protection option away from me. Not once did anyone tell me that the credit protection plan had been removed from my account due to them giving me an increase on both of the loans I currently had with the company. The very first thing the manager did was to look and see what I could sell to pay the loan payment that was not overdue. I continued to pay through the fall as I got severance pay.
