I am not sure which application I need to submit this dispute as I am not the borrower and did not authorize this transaction/account opening but I would like your assistance in obtain feedback from this company as to why they are reporting a charged off and out of date account that has been on my credit files since -? I do not own a account with this company and I wrote to both the company and the credit bureaus in - advising that this account be removed or that I be provided with validation as to the date this account was opened and defaulted upon and provide me with all documentation used to validate balance owed. I have requested this company and the credit bureaus ( - ; - and - ) close out this inaccurate out of date account and update my files accordingly.
