My mortgage was sold to Loan Care Servicing in -. My payment was duplicated on - -, ( my fault ) and requested a refund. After numerous faxes, emails and phone calls, by - - my payment was still not refunded. Since I 've never been late on a mortgage payment and since it was so close to my next payment due date, I requested them to recast my payment to - - payment. I was told every time that it 'll take a few days. I called on - - and spoke with a " supervisor '' and she gave me her word that the payment was going to be applied to my - - payment by - -. I called today, - and was told it will be processed by - -. I asked if the interest was going to be adjusted and also if my payment was going to backdated to - -, since they were in possession of the money. I was told in no uncertain terms, that that is not something they do. There are over 90 complaints about this company on -, all with similar complaints and clients complaining that issues were stalled just so that they can charge fees. -
