Citigold customer service has sent a letter denying my $400.00 promotion for opening a savings plus account and depositing - with them. Every representative officially has confirmed that i should be getting the $400.00 promotion in my account. I am including proof of that as well. My frustration is that after waiting for 6 months, citi has declined paying out the promotion. I would like to be compensated for all the inconveniences in additon to the $400.00 promotional offer.
