I opened a Citi bank saving account prior to -/-/2016 ( during the promotion period and applied with promo code ) and transferred the required fund on -/-/2016 ( within 30 days of after account opening ). I was supposed to receive $400.00 bonus for opening a saving account provided that I maintain a $ - balance for 90 days with initial $ - new money. However, after 90 days ( since the transfer ), I still have n't received the bonus. I did some research online and found many people who signed up for Citi bank promotion did not receive the bonus either.
