Bank of America is the worst when it comes to fraud protection. I 'm always getting my card shut off for very small amounts ... much less than my balance and even when I 'm at dinner at a restaurant for a very small amount. I 've never had a returned check on my account and have been a customer for over 20 years. And then when I call about it it, I 'm on hold for more than 45 minutes just so I can use my card. This is ridiculous!! If they are going to put my card on hold, then get to me right away!!
