Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

This bank is actively charging people for overdrafts when the account balance was never negative. The branch manager hides in her office and refuses to speak with customers. The branch manager also routinely refuses to provide contact information to others in the company to register a complaint. US Bank is proving to be a dishonest and corrupt organization. The personal banker went so far as to make the statement that it is not a crime for the bank to clear items in an order that would generate overdraft fees.
