Citibank Credit card department,
I recently read about Citibank being fined for unfairly charging its customers for extra products and also for unfair debt collection practices. I had a card with Citibank for many years, the balance of which was supposed to have been paid off as part of my divorce proceedings in -. In - - I went to the bank to find my checking account had been frozen due to a lien placed by Citibank. I was never served copies of a judgment or received any communication at all either from Citibank or its attorneys. Calls to the law firm are not returned and I can not get resolution. They recently placed another lien on my bank account. After reading about CFPB 's fine of Citibank, I would like to know how to find out if I am - of the millions of consumers that were affected by their fraudulent practices.
