U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
i have been with us bank for years with -. card. On -/-/- i stayed in NH - there was no hot water at - on -/-/- i reported it immediately. nothing but excuses reports to BBB have just said we are sorry i request refund its ignored. I do not like that its possible you will give me a problem about this. by - -/-/- i was leaving and that is when it was discovered. there was nothing more for me to do. i want and am entitled to a refund without a problem i dont like getting a letter saying it may not be successful it better be. i am not paying it. - would have already credited it.
