Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account status New York
- sold my credit card balance to a debt buyer -, whom I immediately paid. Subsequently, - purged the account history from my - and - credit reports, but left it in my experience as unpaid. It is impacting my ability to get a car loan and refinance my high interest debt. I believe - should remove the account from my experience credit report as they did with the other - bureaus because there is now way to retroactively represent what actually took place and the current reporting data is not correct.
