March 4, 2017 - I received a letter from - dated -/-/2017 in regards to my initial dispute with invalid personal information, invalid credit reporting, and inadequate reporting that was simply copied and paste from credit report. January 29, 2017 - I paid my account down in a large lump sum to decrease my utilization under - %. Every time i make a payment the company reduces my credit card by the amount that i pay down. Its reflecting on my credit report as if i am maxing out my credit limit but i am not. I am paying it down and synchrony bank keeps reducing to show that i am almost maxed out., and they continue to do this without my knowledge. They do this overtime. I have been a costumer for over 5 years now with all my credit cards and have never been late on payment....
