My wife and I applied for a refinance on our mortgage loan with LoanDepot.com.LLC in - -, CA -. After months of waiting for an approval they came back and denied the loan. We were to receive a written response mailed within 3 weeks and still after 2 months we have not received the written letter. This company seem to be NOT very reliable or trustworthy. After giving them all of our sensitive information they come back with a denial and will not send any reason why. I sent them a neg. survey and they do not respond. Both my wife and I have a credit score of over - but the loan was not approved. It appears that this company is a scammer ... .client beware!
