Home equity loan or line of credit Loan modification, collection, foreclosure Nevada
To whom this may concern Bank of America set me up for failure 9 years ago - applied for a home mortgage from Bank of America. During that process a home appraiser appraise my home at over $500000.00 dollars. At that time I needed a mortgage for $ -. My credit must 've been pretty good at the time because Bank of America gave me $140000.00 worth of credit. $20000.00 business line and a $20000.00 personal line. - dollar home equity line. This is where the problem starts. I made many improvements to my home based business in good faith thinking that Bank of America would stand behind me.I was wrong. One day our president Barack Obama said on an international stage for people not to go to - and spend money. Soon after that statement the value of my home in - collapsed. Bank of America suspended all my credit lines and put me out of business. At that time I had a - credit rating there was no reason for them to take my capital away. I had not missed payment or had any other financial problems. I applied for federal government home more affordable modification program and
me just to pay the interest on the loan. - years have past. Now Bank of America is pressuring me to pay the principal. Unfortunately Bank of America put me out of business and I am unable to pay them the amount of money that they want. They also did not take any responsibility for what they 've done to me. If they had not taken my capital away I would 've continued to use that money to make money.and make the required payments. Sounds like the American way to me. Now Bank of America is requiring me to fill out a whole pile of new documents and I feel like I 'm getting set up again. They refused to negotiate with me over the phone. They said is only one way to get a modification that is to fill out more paperwork which I 've done over and over and over again. They 're just giving me the runaround and have ruined my credit. They take no responsibility and refused to negotiate.they say my debt to income ratio is not adequate therefore I do not qualify.I went to Bank of America in - talked to the president of the bank he said well I guess the parties over and if you ca n't pay just get out.Really.my father bought this home in -/-/- and has been the family home and home based business location for the past 42 years.Bank of America is threatening me with foreclosure. this is not right This is like - fighting - Goliaths.I 've gotten nowhere with these - givers. sincerely -
