Transaction issue West Virginia
I received a letter from my bank, Bank of America stating that my transactions ( - charges : - of $4100.00 from - on -/-/2016, a - - of $1900.00 from - on -/-/2016 and a - of $500.00 from - on -/-/2016 ) are currently past the time frame to dispute ( 60 days ). Which after some research I found out that I have up to one year from the date of the statement to dispute using claims and defenses. I was charged by these companies for services that were not provided as described. I am very upset the way they are treating me as a customer and not even give me the chance to dispute those. I did a previous complain here CFPB case # - to see if they would at least open and now they sent me this letter so I am asking your help to dispute under claims and defenses thank you.
