Suntrust Mortage is not giving me my interest tax statement for -/-/-. I have requested why it was not sent by -/-/-, and I was told they did not " process it. '' They are trying to force me to change a permanent loan modification granted in -/-/-. I told them they can not keep my mortgage interest hostage to try to make me change a permanent loan modification.
