Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Rhode Island

Since -/-/-, I have been trying to solve credit fraudulent charges on my wells Fargo credit card, in the amount of over $4000.00, in which I did not make, nor authorized anyone to do so. Nor did I ever told anyone at wells Fargo the CV Code on the back of the e card, because, I did not have the card in my possession. I have spoken to every one there from the executive office to the fraud dept., claims dept., and so on, yet the only credit back about $900.00, not the entire about of fraudulent charges of over $4000.00, as requested on -/-/-, claimer taker by the name of " - '', who later on, I found out through the claims dept.-Supervisor, who told me, that she did not a lot of the items. However, she was to send me a new affidavit with what she added on to the form, if any other charges are listed for me to list them all, and send it back to them, in which I did in -/-/-, along with the Police Report, Ft reports, and letters from me. Yet, each time, I call, I tossed around on the phone to different department, with different stories to tell me about my claim. It seem like no body at wells Fargo is Incompetent enough to handle this case, especially when they have some one calling me from the department in which does not handle fraud issues. As far as I am concerned, I have come to believe all that the media has to say and make consumer aware about wells Fargo fraud business dealing s with their customers. However, I am refuse to be another one of their statics. I REFUSE TO BE PENALIZED FOR FRUALENT CHARGES, IN WHICH WAAS NOT MADE BY ME, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ESPECAILLY WHEN I HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF HOSPITAL DUE TO - FROM -/-/- TO -/-/-.
