I called the finance company after my vehicle was repossessed. They did not care that the tow company damaged my car. I explained that the agent hit the fence with the vehicle and that there was damage to the vehicle on the passenger side and they drug a hugs log under my car. The manager - as he called himself talked over me, cut me off when I was talking. Granted I was upset because the issue was that the company they hired damaged my vehicle and the finance company did not care. But when I picked up my vehicle it was covered in dirt ( my car was clean before they took it ) so I could not see the scuff marks, scratches and chipped paint until I took it to get washed this is on the driver side door where he hit the fence. I had already filed a complaint with the tow company after they picked up the vehicle. I filed a complaint with the tow company after I had it washed to let them know of the damages and they have not responded. I let them know I will take my vehicle to the dealership to see if there is any damage underneath where the agent drug my vehicle of a log that he had to go under my car to remove. The issue was not about my vehicle being repossessed it was how it was done and damaged. I need my vehicle repaired.
