Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

This company ( - ) has disclosed personal loan information, dates, amounts, contact attempts and threatened garnishment if I do n't contact within 24 hours to a step parent of mine, with whom I do not, and have never lived with, live 30 minutes from and rarely see or contact. Per my stepparent, the request for the company to not call again has not been honored by Credit Central. I have contacted this company previously and told them no payment availability, I am working on filing chpt -, and saving to obtain the attorney to do so. This company has harassed me at my place of employment on numerous occasions, after being asked to stop. This has finally as of this week stopped. The calls are several times a day, there has been visits to my home with letters left on my door handle. I have asked no contact and continue to receive this as well as some of the 8-10 references that were required continuously are harrassed after being asked to stop calling. They have accurate information for me, have spoken to me, I feel it is n't necessary for me to talk to them every day to say I am not paying. I work full time, a part time job and back in - as well as a single mom, I can not afford to loose income due to this petty harassment as well as the fair debt collection practices being abused.
