When monitoring my checking account online sometime during the second week of -, I noticed - debit transactions where the transaction detail was shown as " other debit. '' The - transactions, posted -/-/17 and -/-/17 totaled $900.00. I contacted Citibank numerous times requesting more detail. After several calls and weeks, I was told by Citibank that the charges were to -. I had contested - fraudulent transactions to - the previous month, so I was surprised that Citibank approved these transactions and debited my account without notifying me of another possible fraudulent transaction. As of today, Citibank has still not credited my account even though I have told them numerous times that I did not make the purchases and I have requested that they credit my account. Citibank has shown me no documentation of these charges and has notations that they have called me and sent me a letter but I have not received a call or letter from them. I finally decided to contact - today and after speaking with - people, they show no evidence of these charges. So I have no idea why Citibank debited my account for these - transactions or where the money has gone. Citibank still has not credited my account or shown me any documentation of the transactions. The transactions are still shown as " other debit '' on my account register.
