Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have a secondary holder on my JC Penny card account and they will no longer allow her to pay the bill in stores on my account. She is - years old and used to be able to take a cab to - to pay the bill in person. They are now refusing to allow her to pay the bill although she was listed as the secondary card holder. She even asked to speak with a supervisor the last time and they still refused. This has now resulted in two recent late payments. One in - and one this month. Why wont they take her money anymore? This is causing an undue hardship on her and me as it affects my credit as she is just a secondary holder on the card.
