Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute South Carolina

On or about -/or - of -, - - company had placed a judgment on me in lieu of $800.00, and we came to agreement when we went in front of the Judge, in which - - represented agreed that I will pay my past due bill of $800.00 which I did, and upon my paying off the debt that they would in return send a settlement letter to the court and me, which they failed to do as a result you have a unlawful judgment against my credit. Furthermore I have found out that - - has been out of business, because - - was contacted on -/-/- by the BBB. In which the company stated they are out of business BBB also reports on a company that is out of for three years from three date the company closes its doors or ceases to do business. Please understand that I 've tried numerous times calling to find out what happen to the settlement letter they were suppose to send me, way before I found out that they were out of business, I 've went to the Courts etc ... trying to get some type of number or address on - -, just to find out through the BBB that they closed or folded their business in -, but never up held their end of our agreement. Now here some 4 years later I find that there is a judgment on my credit by Transunion from - - which is false and need to be removed. Not because they went out of business, but because they never contacted me to let me know that they sent a settlement letter to me or the courts. So with that being said I 'm requesting that Transunion remove this judgment off my credit and send me a satisfied letter stating that this judgment is removed and settle with - -.
