Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California
I have account with US Bank and the issue or concerns I have are fees for over draft, extended fees ( check account ) and charges to - of my credit cards that I have not authorized to be an over draft for my checking account. Over the past 24 months, I have paid - - dollars in Overdraft fees. They refused to pay my regular bills and reorder my account transaction to hide what there doing. I have request a in chronological accounting of my bank transaction and they will not provide it. For at least two year my bank deposits of - dollars in that account and they missed managed every transaction. They hey items for pay for excess of 3 days or more and re-ordered when transaction to cover up and released money held pending for payment back in to the account. also, have countless over draft fees place on my credit card ending -, and I did not have agreement. I spoke to a bank rep a few days about it and still not attempt was make to follow up or correct the matter either. I need so help getting the matter corrected. Its just criminal what they are doing and it cost me a significant amount of money.
