To Credit dispute department : -/-/- - Contacted - Services about account $8300.00, was informed that they would be sending me a - form for balance on account. -/-/- taxes, filed -/-/-, Amount $8300.00 Reported as income from form - from - Card Services, included as income reported for the year, and paid taxes for same. -/-/- - Attempting to qualify for a mortgage, contacted - services again, to request that the amount of $8300.00 be removed from my credit file, after having received - and reported amount as income in -. -/-/- - Am told by - Services that the only way the amount will be removed from credit report is if $8300.00 is paid to them to - the balance on the account. Have spoken with various entities at -, provided the - form they sent me, but they refuse to - the balance on my credit report. Can anything be done? '' - has - out the balance but - and Experian has not changed it. I have the - form if needed provide me with fax or email to copy and send. Thank you, - - - - - - PA - - -- -
