Hello. I am Citibank checking customer since -/-/-. On -/-/-, I signed up for Citibank savings account ending - via the banner offer which i an attaching as a PDF printout. After signing up for the account i called Citibank and the representative assured me that i will get the offer. As per offer, i am supposed to receive $300.00 for keeping $25000.00 or more until -/-/-. I kept more than $25000.00 in the account till -/-/- but now Citi bank is saying that i am not eligible for the offer They are saying that i was not targeted. The PDF printout states that i was enrolled in the promotion and terms and condition on the PDF print out does not have any language regarding targeted and Citi representative assured me that i will get the bonus for keeping above $25000.00.
