Payday loan Can't contact lender Can't contact lender Pennsylvania

on -, -, Citi Bank sent me a $10000.00 credit limt with a 0 % interest until -. I used - of the checks to pay off credit cards. I got messages from credit card payments that they bounced I called CITI Bank and was transferred through the ranks until I spoke to a underwriter. He assured me that it had to go through one more underwriter but he was almost certain they would reinstate their offer. Next day email told me I was not approved for the original amount. This decision was made after my checks were mailed. I believe the bank was unethical and did an illegal thing to their customer. I have mailed them a letter by priority mail complaining abouttheir business tactics. I have not heard from them and I want to follow throuogh wkith sueing them for the amount thart was offered.
