Citibank Payday loan can't contact lender can't contact lender February 13, 2017 - on -, -, Citi Bank sent me a $10000.00 credit limt with a 0 % interest until -. I used - of the checks to pay off credit cards. I got messages from credit card payments that they bounced I called CITI Bank and was transferred through the ranks until I spoke to a underwriter. He assured me that it had to go through one more underwriter but he was almost certain they would reinstate their offer. Next day email told me I was not approved for the original amount. This decision was made after my checks were mailed. I believe the bank was unethical and did an illegal thing to their cus... |
