I made a payment on -/-/-. They have not credited my account in such a way that I can use the card. I made a $570.00 payment on -/-/-. Synchrony Bank /Paypal Master Card has acknowledged they received the payment however are not allowing me to use the credit because they say there is an investigation into this payment. I spoke to a representative on -/-/- who told me it was an " investigation '' but would not give me any details. He told me it would be released in two days. After two days I contacted a supervisor who told me it would be released today -/-/-. That has not happened. My issue is simply after making 11 months of payment I do not understand why they would investigage this payment. I have enjoyed 11 months of receiving NE-T DAY credit for my payment until without warning Synchrony Bank / Paypal Master Card changes the policy.
