I opened a checking account with a targeted new account bonus, which I correctly entered into the online application. I fulfilled the direct deposit requirement and all other bonus requirements, and was even told by a customer service rep that I would receive my $200.00 bonus in - - as of -/-/2017 I have filed several requests and have not been paid my bonus, as well as having been charged a monthly maintainance fee of - twice, while i wait around for my bonus which is almost 3 months late now. I am very unhappy with US Bank in this situation, as they got a new customer without paying out the incentive.
