I visited the office of - - on - -, - for medical check up. At the time of visit, I paid my copay, gave a copy of my health insurance and driver 's licence. On - -, -, Capital Accounts LLC reported open collections of $530.00 on my SSN to credit reporting agencies. I have never received any communications from either - or Capital Accounts LLC explaining the charges or any notices before sending the account to collections. When I contacted - office, they told me that I have around $100.00 in balances not covered by my insurance. When I contacted Capital Accounts LLC, they told me that they had sent a letter about this debt to in -. When I asked for information on that communication, I found that they had sent the letter to a person with wrong name and wrong address. Irrespective of them failing to communicate properly to me, they have placed five times more than the balance that I owe in collections. First of all, I do n't even agree with the actual medical bill as I have n't seen the charges are yet. I have never had a late payment, unpaid balance or collections in my entire credit history. This wrong collection has affected my credit score and history and has put me under immense -. When I contacted Capital Accounts LLC, the representative was very rude and threatened me that I have no other options except to pay the debt and get it out of my credit report.
