I do not know Communication tactics Called outside of 8am-9pm Michigan

I am receiving phone calls from ERC from their - phone number as early as - in the morning. I have called them multiple times asking them not to call me that early as it is outside of the - and - time they are legally allowed to call and they say " we do not call before - '' and keep calling me early in the morning. I have proof of their calls before - and would be happy to provide it to your agency.
