SunTrust Mortgage changed the technology on their e-Pay system around -/-/2016. Since that time my mortgage loan account has improperly not shown my current payment due on e-Pay on the first of the month. Every month now - shows my - of month payment due AFTER I have paid it! I have spent numerous wasted hours on the phone with loan servicing staff who are unable to fix the problem and who are unwilling to own the problem. And around mid-month each month I am improperly billed for TWO payments - the current month AND the next month 's payment..
