I thought I previously turned on autopay to be effective for my -/-/2017 payment of $84.00, but I did n't notice I either did n't do it correctly or confirm the change so when my due date came up, my payment was not sent. I realized it when I did not see it as a pending transaction after the fact. Since then I successfully turned on the autopay, but now I have a late fee of $37.00 for that late payment. I called customer service today -/-/2017 and asked for a waiver of that fee. I was told its not possible. I previously had an issue that - took responsibility for and waived the fees, but I feel like that was a separate issue a long time ago that has been resolved and should not be held against me. I have made all my payments on time since that issue was resolved and only ran into a problem when trying to setup autopay. I 'm asking for this late fee to be waived please. Thank you.
