February 7, 2017 - I thought I previously turned on autopay to be effective for my -/-/2017 payment of $84.00, but I did n't notice I either did n't do it correctly or confirm the change so when my due date came up, my payment was not sent. I realized it when I did not see it as a pending transaction after the fact. Since then I successfully turned on the autopay, but now I have a late fee of $37.00 for that late payment.
