Synchrony Financial Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low February 7, 2017 - I thought I previously turned on autopay to be effective for my -/-/2017 payment of $84.00, but I did n't notice I either did n't do it correctly or confirm the change so when my due date came up, my payment was not sent. I realized it when I did not see it as a pending transaction after the fact. Since then I successfully turned on the autopay, but now I have a late fee of $37.00 for that late payment. I called customer service today -/-/2017 and asked for a waiver of that fee. I was told its not possible. I previously had an issue that - took responsibility for and waived the fees... |

In - -, I had a PC Richard Credit Card from GE Capital consumer Card Company. They have informed me that the statute of limitations has run out. However, - - has been calling me endlessly to collect on this debt, including on a Sunday evening.
