- years ago, My Credit Score was dropped from - to -. I run my credit report via - and -. I found out there were $290.00 charged on my macy 's account. I called macys many times and still ca n't get the issue resolved. They have n't even provide me the credit card statement. I have requested for it many times. All they were saying I have $290.00 due on my card and I have to pay for it. I have been keep telling them I have n't use my macys card almost - years. Everytime I call them, They said they are doing their investigation. I also file a complain via macy 's fraud department email. But still have n't received any response. This has been going on almost - years and at this moment I want to get this issue resolved.
