I I received several phone calls which were hangs up on there end then I was able to speak to someone whom I told her that I had mailed my payment and he said that that was fine the next day I received a phone call from a woman from regional acceptance Who said if I did not cancel the check that I put in the mail and pay over the phone that she would submit my car for repossession she told me that collection calls would not stop after I asked her to please stop calling that I had already spoke to someone she said if she would stop - that my car would be repossessed and there would be nothing that I can do about it she made a lot of threats that she would take me to court when I asked to speak to the manager she put me on mute and after five minutes she hung up on me before she hung up she said that the repossession person was already on their way it 's my home to pick up the car because it was the first payment and I should not have mailed it


payment was fine that he would notated in the account she said that the account had not been notated and she did n't care my car was going to be picked up when I made the promise to pay I also told the lady that my dealership said that they would defer my first payment of 45 days that did not happen regional acceptance denied it after the fact when the lady called my dealership she said that there was a mixup and that the 45 day the deferment was OK when I told the lady that I would file a complaint with the CFPB she said that the company would sue me because that was a part of my contract for taking out the car loan no to file an outside complaint.
