This is regarding a Costco AME- card balance that was transferred to Costco CITI without my knowledge and consent. I did not asked for a new Costco CITI card and I did not applied for a Costco CITI card. I never got a written notice that this was going to happen automatically and have not received a Costco CITI card. As a result of this error in collection that was amounted to $250.00, my - score dropped from 825 to 688 and continue going down. I had loss opportunities of seeking new credits such as mortgages, auto loans, or personal financing. Loss opportunity in getting jobs due to - drop. Many others damages that is without end to name. I have tried to resolved this issue with CITI collection without any end resolved. Please help me correct this bank predatory behavior. Thank you ACH.
