On -/-/2016 I refinanced my mortgage from a 30 ryear to a 15 year, with the same lender, Stearns Lending. It was an FHA refi. They reported me as paying late as of - - 2016 because the title payoff they received on -/-/16 was a few - short. they received 99 % of the payoff on -. Did n't even attempt to contact the title agency until -/-/16 to report the fund shortage .Regardless, my payment was not over 30 days late because they received almost the entire balance of my mortgage on - which was far more than my $1300.00 mortgage payment due by the - .... I have tried for a week to get a hold of them my credit has gone down - points and is now affecting my ability to lease another car. I 'm at my wits end I do n't know what to do this is very very dishonest of them and no one will fix it. I have not had a late payment ever.
