I opened an account with Pentagon FCU in -/-/2015. I also had an overdraft protection account of $500.00. Sometime the following year I cam behind in payments on my overdraft protection account loan ending -. At that time Pentagon FCU denied me access to my checking account in which I had direct deposit. The froze my debit card in which I would have no access to my money because there are no branches in the state of -, on top of that they required that before I be given any access to my direct deposit that I bring my account current. Even though I told them that I was unable to pay at the time and was willing to work other arrangements. As a result I was unable to pay my rent or car payment and my car was repossessed. Please look into this as I feel my rights were violated. They did give me the option of having my money - - to me but that was only after i brought my account current.
