I made a payment to my account on -/-/-. I have sent the bank all of the proof that it was delivered on -/-/-. I also provided a copy of the cashed money order that was cashed on -/-/-. It was cashed by the bank. It is -/-/- and after talking to the bank Rep they claimed that they have n't received any of those items that I have the proof that it was delivered and cashed by the bank. Synchroney Bank.
