Citi bank keeps telling me I have a balance on an old Best Buy card that i have not had in my possession in years. I keep telling them I will not pay for something until I see what the charges are and they refuse to acknowledge. I have gotten emails saying I have a balance but can not log into the account because I do not have the card. My current Best Buy account has always been current and they acknowledge that but still no one is helping me verify what they are trying to collect. They call the house over and over and I tying talking to them and got cut off after talking to someone who transferred me to fraud so the harassment still conintues.
