We had recently discovered we were losing $5.00 per month with from an unexplained, and undisclosed new fee that arrived without warning or notice. After further investigation, we then discovered that we have been billed $ - monthly for a " fee for less than - bill pays ''. This has apparently going back at least a year from -/-/-, and possibly longer, likely beginning around the time we moved to a different city in -/-/-. Yes, that 's a a fee for LESS bill pays. In summary, we were billed at least 12 times for a service, for an amount that exceeds the actual value of the service, for using the service LESS than an arbitrary amount of times.
