Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay California
Where do i start. I called ally spoke to - people before actually speaking to a rude supervisor- After asking - - is her employee number she claimed to be a supervisor- When i asked her why her employees put me on a hold for more than 15 mins after advising me they will be back in 1 minute. They are already violating. I will be placing a compliant to the cfpb for poor collection practices. I was on the phone for over 1 hour. One person in the company is saying i am past due on my account. They transfer me to collections i wait another 10 mins i speak with the collections representative she says she ca n't help me my account is 40 days ahead.. CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME AN ANSwer.. I ask to speak with a manager and i tell her what is going on she DIDNT SEEM TO CARE- Her response was Just YEA i asked her what do you mean yea.. NO ONE HELPED ME can some investigate this companies policy on customer service and they way they place people on hold- They had 1 working supervisor for the whole company she said and she was the only one taking calls. How can 1 supervisor run a call center.. They reported my credit late. I want this removed..
