We have been trying to get our loan modified since the beginning of -. We have had to send in multiple applications because Citibank closed our original one before it was completed. On - -, 2017 we were told our application was under review. They have since been requesting information we have already provided them. They have not returned emails or been available for scheduled phone appointments. I finally talked to a supervisor today who was incredibly unhelpful and would not advise me on what they needed as far as a profit and loss statement on letter head. She said I would need to talk to an accountant. I told her we would be filing a complaint and she stated it would n't matter and they would tell us we need to provide more information. We are feeling very much at a loss on how to move forward.
