I had a Mortgage with Greentree mortgage and then it became Ditec LLC They have raised my escrow for no good reason since my taxes have gone down. It also do n't make sense because two months before they raised my payments they sent me money because there was too much money in my escrow. This lender has a bad track record of being honest.
