JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I called Chase bank to request a lower interest rate. I was told that no lower interest rates are available, yet the terms and conditions on their website states it does offer lower rates. When pressed further I was then told that lower rates do exist, but they would not extend those rates to me and keep transferring me around. I feel I am being discriminated against somehow, when I have perfect credit yet will not extend those same rates to me as others.
