Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long North Carolina

I have many issues that I 'm dealing with but I will list them below : # 1 Experian has a security freeze and fraud alert on my credit file and I never authorized or requested this to be placed on there. I have written to them and requested that this be removed 4 times now to no avail. With each letter I include my identification as required. # 2 I am receiving letters stating that they will no longer investigate ALL of my accounts which is a violation of section -. Their words are literally that they will not investigate the SAME dispute, and I have never submitted the SAME dispute # 3 Experian took 40 days to send me results # 4 When I call, I am given no answer and told to write a letter.
