Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Texas

I contact Experian previously by phone to have personal info such as old/inaccurate addresses, inaccurate addresses, old phone numbers, and inaccurate aliases removed from credit report. The agent I originally spoke with refused to correct the information and was rude and unprofessional. By FCRA laws, any and all inaccurate information is to be removed and updated. Since I was told I needed to file a dispute of old/inaccurate information. I disputed the information online but they still have refused to remove the incorrect information. I am very upset that they will not remove inaccurate information.
