Citibank Debt collection department,

Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Massachusetts

Sent a debt validation request -/-/- to which Citi responded with a letter stating they required more information in order to validate even though the original letter had all the required information for them to do so. I then sent a second letter on -/-/2016 which was signed for and delivered on -/-/2016 with a second attempt to request that they either validate the debt with my signature or remove the item from my credit report. To this day that request has gone unanswered as well as Citi failed to mark the account as disputed with the Credit Bureaus - the FCRA. I request that this account be removed from my Credit Report immediately.
