JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
APR or interest rate North Carolina
To Whom It May Concern : I had a promotional APR of 0 % on my Chase Amazon credit card. Chase has not applied my payments ( excess of min. payment ) to the account balance with the highest APR. In fact, when I researched how Chase applies excess payments on their website, I came up with the following ( see below ) " How are payments applied to the different APRs on my balance? When you make a payment, generally we 'll first apply your minimum payment amount to the balance on your monthly statement with the lowest APR. If you pay more than your minimum payment, we 'll next apply money to the balance on your monthly statement with the highest APR. If you do n't pay your full balance each month, you might not be able to avoid interest charges on new purchases. '' - Per Chase Website.
is exhausted. Chase has not treated my payments in this fashion. I would like an adjustment to be made to my account. Thank you.
